This 98-question multiple-choice assessment helps measure your aptitude with necessary workplace skills. There are six areas it tests your abilities in:
Basic Math/Numerical Reasoning- Your ability to work with numbers in different difficulty levels. Practice free numerical questions.
Abstract Reasoning – How good are you in solving questions with non-verbal and non-numerical information.
Spatial Reasoning – Your ability to visualize a completed object from schematics or plans.
Mechanical/Electrical – Your skill with machines and understanding mechanical and electrical concepts.

This section helps find your ideal work style by testing your temperament, flexibility, and other traits and measuring them against several different fields.
