    Intensity is characterized by passion, tenacity, and resilience. Highly intense people will respond with high levels of emotion when frustrated while those on the opposite extreme will take a more logical approach to problem solving.
  • Optimism
    Those who are optimistic are often up-beat and cheerful. By contrast, pessimistic people tend to be more suspicious and cautious, always aware of potential pitfalls.
  • Responsiveness
    Someone low in responsiveness will display a calm, steady demeanor. They’re patient and work through problems slowly and deliberately. On the other hand, someone high in responsiveness is expressive and impatient. They make decisions quickly and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Sociability
    How likely are you to seek out the company of others? Do you prefer to work alone or in a group?
  • Structure
    How important is it for you to follow rules and established procedures? Are you comfortable with ambiguity, or does routine put you at ease?

Berke assessment test questions will also evaluate your problem-solving abilities to see how your natural coping skills will help the team overall.

  • Logical Problem Solving
    Are you methodical and strategic when approaching a project, pragmatically solving it through a series of steps, or do you think through issues using your intuition?
  • Rapid Problem Solving
    Someone who can solve problems quickly has a good sense of intuition and thrives in a fast-paced environment where problems arise continually. By contrast, someone who solves problems slowly and deliberately would feel overwhelmed in a high-pressured office where there’s no time for analysis or discussion.
  • Spatial Visualization
    How well can you visualize and manipulate three-dimensional figures?
  • Vocabulary
    How quickly do you learn new concepts? Are you curious and interested in the world around you?

You can’t predict what traits the company will choose to emphasize in any given job profile, and you shouldn’t try to answer the questions according to your assumptions. Berke Assessment Tips:

  1. Be consistent: If in one question you claim that you’re introverted and in the next extraverted, your results will be inconsistent. Your employers really do want to know about your personality, so it’s important for you not to change your answers from one question to the next.
  2. Avoid Extremes: Make sure not to pick “Strongly Agree” or “Strongly Disagree” too often. If a hiring manager sees that you’re on the far end of the spectrum for too many traits, he might be concerned that you’re hyperbolic.
  3. Avoid Neutrals: On the other hand, you don’t want to pick neutral choices too often either. Those who have no prominent characteristics are usually dull and rather uninspiring.
