Harman’s Pre-Hire Psychometric Tests

This combination of tests is known as the GIA or General Intelligence Assessment, given by Thomas International. It gives an overview of the job-seekers cognitive abilities. These indicate how well a candidate can learn and retain information. The more quickly a new-hire learns, the less training they need, which saves the company time and money.
These tests should take you between 30 to 45 minutes to complete. The questions are multiple-choice, and your score will be based on a combination of speed and accuracy.
