Vertafore Psychometric Tests

After you have submitted your application you will receive an email with links to the online assessment tests Vertafore requires.   • CCAT The CCAT, Criteria Cognitive Assessment Test, is used to measure a candidate’s problem-solving skills, ability to think critically, and reasoning skills. The CCAT focuses on 3 separate areas:

    Your ability to work with numbers, interpret word problems, identify a pattern, and your communication skills are all measured by the questions in the CCAT. The CCAT also indicates how well you work when under pressure. You will have 15 minutes to complete the test, and the CCAT is 50 questions long. The assessment questions are all multiple choice.

  • Personality Assessment The personality test is used to make sure that only job-seekers with the best chance of success are interviewed. Personality fit is an important part of job success. Interviews
