How to Prepare for Salling Group’s Online Assessment Tests?

The online assessment tests can seem like the most intimidating part of the job-hunting process. If you know what to expect, and take time to prepare yourself, they don’t have to be. Knowledge of the company and its culture and values is an important part of test preparation. You will have a better idea of what they are looking for, and it will ease some of the pressure of the personality assessment. When taking it, be truthful, but also be mindful of how you would present yourself in the workplace. Timed tests can feel like a lot of pressure. That is intentional, to show how well a candidate can perform in a high-pressure situation. Focusing on answering correctly will benefit you more than rushing to answer every question. Finding ways to refresh your skills, by using word puzzles, or logic puzzles will boost your confidence when you sit down to take the test. Practice makes perfect, and by practicing for the online assessment tests, you will prove that you are the perfect fit for a position with Salling Group.
