In-Person Interview: The in-person interview will focus on your competency and behaviors. They will ask questions about how you have handled certain situations or how you would approach a problem. You may participate in more than one in-person interview with more than one interviewer.
How to Prepare for the Relias Learning Assessment?
Relias Learning is looking for candidates who embody their values and can perform the job satisfactorily. To prove to them that you are the best candidate for the position, you must do well on the pre-employment assessments.
You will want to use online resources such as practice tests to prepare for the assessments. These will allow you to practice your timing and give you a better understanding of what questions to expect on the exam. They will also provide tips on how to answer questions correctly in the future.
Candidates who take the time to adequately prepare using tools like practice tests are significantly more likely to do well on the test than their counterparts who did not study. Therefore, taking advantage of this resource is crucial to increase your chances of success in the Relias Learning hiring process.
