This section of the assessment test is multiple-choice and the questions are based on things you may encounter while on the job. You must pick the best response from the answers.

In some cased you will need to take the Wonderlic test.

Interview

The first step in the interview process will be a phone interview. These are usually short around 20 to 30 minutes long and used to go over the job description and some basic questions. If you make a good impression during the phone interview, you will be asked to come in for an in-person interview. Progressive uses the STAR method of interviewing, This stands for situation, task, action, response. This interviewing style asks you to provide examples from your past work experience, to help the interviewer get an idea of how you problem solve and handle difficult situations.
