Toronto, Ontario-based Four Seasons Hotels is a luxury hotel and resort brand. It operates more than 100 properties globally but does not own any of the locations. Instead, Four Seasons holds contracts with the owners, which allows it almost complete control of operations. As of 2014 Four Seasons also operates residential vacation properties.

Four Seasons holds recruitment events on university campuses if you are hoping for an internship or entry-level operations career. Experienced hires can submit their CV and application online. Four Seasons has an extended interview process. It will start with a telephone interview, and there will be at least 3 more rounds. Each round will be with a different manager or supervisor of the team you are hoping to work with.

Four Seasons’ Psychometric Tests

  • Personality Job Test This test will determine your dominant personality traits, motivations, and drivers. These will then be compared to the traits that are considered the best fit for the job you have applied for.
