What Is Allegiant Air’s Recruitment Process?

You can search for jobs on the Allegiant Air website, apply through a referral, or submit an application through a third-party site like LinkedIn or Indeed. To apply on the Allegiant website, you will need to create a profile. You will need to provide Allegiant with information about your activities and experiences from the past 5 years.

After applying you will be sent a link to the assessment tests. You will have one or more multiple-choice tests to complete within a specific time frame.

If your application passes muster you will be called for a telephone interview. During this phone screening, you will need to answer questions about your qualifications and experience, as well as what interested you in that specific position.

Flight Attendant applicants, as well as some others, will be asked to complete a short online interview. The questions are pre-recorded and you will need to record your answers. You will have one opportunity to record your answers, and 1 minute in between questions to prepare.

If so far your submissions have seemed impressive you will be called for a group interview. During the interview, there will be group activities, you will learn more about Allegiant Air and its core values, and there may be skills testing or presentations.
