How to Prepare for BB&T Assessment?

BB&T uses the Caliper Profile Test.  This assessment evaluates your natural strengths and motivators.  It measures how your strengths relate to job performance.  The Caliper Profile Test gives HR an idea of your potential to succeed in the position for which you are applying.   This is not a pass/fail test, but it does give information about your fitness for the position so advance preparation is advised.  Taking practice assessments and seeing the results will give you an idea of how the company will view you.  Taking practice tests also builds your confidence and gives you an idea of what to expect when you take the official assessment.

Depending on the position you want, you may take one or more Kenexa Prove It assessments.  These are offered for accounting, data entry, Excel, and typing.  To prepare for these tests, you will want to practice the specific skills being assessed.  Taking similar practice tests will also help you be prepared and confident when it comes time to take the official test.

Taking the time to prepare for the online assessments will give you the edge over other candidates who are not as prepared.  Be confident and let your best self shine as you go through the interview and assessment process.
